The beds and pillows were really comfortable! The room was clean and had a nice cozy feel to it. The location was great - right across the street from a convenience store and within walking distance of a mall and train station. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The entrance was a little hard to find and confusing. The towels and water in the room were not replenished unless room service was declined.

We had an enjoyable stay here. the room amenities were luxurious and we felt well taken care of with the exclusive facilities provided. the attentive service of the staff enhanced our experience and added to the positive atmosphere of the venue.

The only minor issue we encountered was the occasional smoke smell that lingered in the air due to the smoking culture prevalent in the city.

Stayed here for the weekend with friends and we were impressed with the cozy beds and spacious cupboard. the room was clean and there was a lot of desk space to work. the staff were very helpful and there was a convenience store right across the street. We also loved the fact that it was just a short walk away from a mall and train station.

. The entrance was a little puzzling since it was a garage type gate and we had to be proactive to get fresh towels.

Very cozy bed, spacious cupboard, friendly and helpful staff, everyday room cleaning, A/c was tip top.
